The Back Room (EVENTS)
The Back Room is an area to show just a little bit of what we do outside our actual investigating; things like paranormal conventions, seminars, retreats, and general fun stuff that we do "off the clock" so to speak. It will showcase some of our equipment, friends, family, fellow paranormal investigators, and other hobbies of which some of us are involved. We will from time to time talk about some of the latest horror, sci-fi, and paranormal films, shows, and books. This is all to let you know a little bit more about us as individuals and as a team, and invite you to join us and participate in the paranormal world in which we live. Check back often, as things will be constantly changing on this page. We will keep it updated regularly as we travel, visit, participate, read, watch, and experience our paranormal world.
We will also post here when we have opportunity for individuals to tag along on an investigation. From time to time when we visit some haunted historical locations, we will be inviting you to join us. Of course there is most always limited availability, and there are rules and regulations to go along with any offering. We will explain in detail when each opportunity arises, so keep checking our webpage if you may be interested in investigating with us.

SEPTEMBER 12, 13, AND 14, 2015 IN LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY
7 CiTiES PARANORMAL traveled to Radford, Virginia on May 24th to once again investigate St. Albans Sanatorium. In 1916 Dr. J.C. King converted St Albans from a boy’s school to a hospital for the mentally ill and St Albans Sanatorium came into existence. Even though the treatment of mental disorders at St Albans was far superior to the care given to the mentally ill at other facilities, many patients succumbed as a result of the experimental treatments performed at this institution. Insulin Coma Therapy (ICT), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Hydro Shock Therapy (HST) all resulted in a significant number of fatalities. There are several documented suicides.
On June 28, 1980 the brutal murder of Gina Renee Hall was committed not far from St Albans and her blood stained car was found only a few hundred yards away on Hazel Hollow Road. Often when paranormal investigations are conducted in the basement, and in particular the bowling alley, a strange and almost sentient mist is seen in conjunction with the mention of her name.

ParaCon at the Boxwood Inn 2014 was a successful event this year. The rainy cold weather didn't let the crowds we anticipated come out, but all who were there seemed to enjoy the fellowship. Paranormal groups from all over Virginia came out to talk shop and visit with each other. The cast and crew from the upcoming movie Twisted Dream Dead Moon also came out to sign autographs and visit as well. There were special guest speakers on hand to offer some insight and education on history, investigating, the paranormal, and the mind. We raised money for Paul Popadak to "Kick Cancer to the Curb" as well.
If you were unable to attend the event and would like to purchase and event t-shirt, send an email to Scott or Tim's email. The shirts have been reduced to $15 each, and the proceeds will go to Paul Popadak to continue his battle with medical bills. We have all sizes left available.
Thanks to all that came out to participate or attend. We plan on making next year even bigger and better.

7 CiTiES PARANORMAL would like to thank Angel May ,Chris, and the entire staff at The Exchange Hotel for an awesome event. Our team thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and getting to know some of those in our Virginia paranormal community. We enjoyed listening to all the speakers from Twisted Paranormal Society, All Seeing Paranormal Society, Mark Higgins of RIP Files, Tara Perfetti-Street and others, and were honored to be asked to speak ourselves. We learned much and were honored to be a part of it. We look forward to seeing everyone again and maybe working together in the future. Until we meet again . . . .
7 CiTiES PARANORMAL won the Best Booth Award! The judges, who were non-paranormal related guests, said they liked our layout and thought that we were very knowledgeable. What an awesome compliment! We were very honored!
